INGREDIENTS 2 avocados 2 cup steamed broccoli heads 1 red onion 1 jalapeno 1 tomato 1 lime 8 cloves of garlic, minced 1 small bunch cilantro 1 t. salt
PREPARATION Steam broccoli and put in blender or food processor with avocado and juice of lime and blend until smooth. Add roughly chopped onion, tomato, jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro. Blend until incorporated but not completely smooth (taste until you like the consistency). Season with salt. Serve with chips and crudites, on tacos, enchilada casserole, or feijoada.
